I was nervous about preschool. Who wouldn’t be? When you think of sending your little ones off, you don’t think of a business transaction. You think and hope for the care that they’ll be given. I was further concerned by the idea that what I was taking my daughter to was not a center, but rather a home, worried that this might indicate some lack of professionalism.

We’ve had an incredible experience at Laura’s! She’s been amazing with our son. Nothing but kind, patient, and caring. In fact, he never wants to leave school!
The nature based learning environment is exactly what our son craved. The indoor and outdoor play areas Laura has created foster a special kind of engagement between the kids. It truly feels like a small community. This slower, more intentional style of development feels so important at this age, and we’ve seen many benefits at home because of it.
On top of that, there’s yoga, music class, surprise visits from the Grinch, and other enrichment programs. I can’t imagine taking our son anywhere...read full review
Laura is an invaluable gem. In a sea of daycares catered to simply keeping your kid alive and well, Laura supports our child in developing his best and most authentic sense of Self.
Every day our son spends most of the day outside in Laura’s magical play space and/or in creative and kinesthetic enrichment classes. Laura is truly nature-based, centering the earth and nature in all she does. Our son plays with kids of varying ages that requires that he learn to support those younger and learn from those who are older. The fact that it's just Laura and that she has truly healthy boundaries, means our son has inherently developed a sense of patience, trust, and...read full review
