Took my desktop in because I would hit the power button and my computer would flicker wildly so in less than a few hours he figured out it was the power supply unit, so I went ahead and I authorize him to go ahead and fully replace it. All in all I picked it up the next day it has worked great ever since. I was also very pleased with the price. I wont throw numbers out there but the price of a new PSU and what he actually charged me was very close.

The power supply replacement was good work. Just one minor thing. The power to optical drive wasn't connected but that was a very simple fix to locate one plug that would fit and plug it in. All is working great now.

My Computer crashed. Being newer to the area, I was unsure who to take my computer to. After reading reviews online, I decided to give John a try. He fixed my computer in short order. He installed more memory and a new hard drive. My computer, which is about 3 years old, has always been slow and has tended to freeze up when processing. After John fixed it and installed the new memory and hard drive, it goes so fast. It is processing at what feels like warp speed after being so accustomed to a snail's pace. I am incredibly happy with the service I received. I have a "new" computer for half the price.
