Jill Shepherd gave me a spot-on massage yesterday! I asked her to help get my body out of its “jangled” state. It felt like her hands put my muscles, nervous system, and spirit into unity. I left feeling calm and cohesive. I slept easily last night. The feeling of well-being has remained. She really listens and has the talent and intuition to give tremendous help!

I have been incredibly fortunate to experience Jill’s presence in my life for a year and a half now. I can say with certainty that the care I’ve received through her wonderful practice has been truly healing. I have no hesitation sending those I love to see her, and do so as frequently as I can.

Jill is arguably the best massage therapist I've ever ever been to. Even when I think I know what needs to be worked on, she manages to find something else I wasn't even aware of as the root issue. I always leave feeling amazing and rejuvenated. She's professional and so easy to talk to; she listens to you and meets you where you're at. She's an expert, and definitely a master of her craft, I can't recommend her enough (especially the Maya Abdominal Massage, you've got to try it)!
