I have had the pleasure of working with IPS dozens of times. As a small business owner, IPS is the only plumbing company I feel comfortable referring to my customers. We recently replaced a water heater in our automotive repair shop. It is in an older building, with tight accessibility. Kevin from IPS made the removal and installation easy! Great, fast service all around - on time and on budget! Highly recommended. :)
IPS was the plumbing contractor when our home was built a couple of years ago. Since then, they have provided a warranty repair of the hot water heater, and routine maintenance on equipment. The staff have always been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Excellent customer service! They really seem to care and want to leave everything better than they found it.
