I am 67 and yesterday had my first accupuncture session. I had a lower back, psoas muscle, & knee issue that had plagued me on and off for months, slight neuropathy in my feet and have a stressful family issue going on. I gave him free reign to address all of it as I live out of state and have a limited window to see him.
Hugh is a kind, efficient, affordable, gifted, and intuitive professional. I trusted him and had an intense needling session. I could FEEL energy channels open. Afterwood, I felt light headed, looser, calmer and highly fatigued but also somehow recharged. I scheduled session #2 & if I lived closer I would go for regular maintenance.

Threw my back out last Sunday and was in extreme pain. Hugh got me into his office the following morning. Accurately diagnosed condition as SI (sacroilliac joint) dysfunction thanks to too much snow shoveling ! One painless treatment and 24 hours later I’m 80% improved and near normal. Can’t recommend his expertise enough. Do yourself a favor and get in earlier rather than later !
