I hired Horner painting to paint the interior of my home before I moved in. The initial reason I hired this company was their website says "cabinet painting with new hardware." At the consultation, I was told they don't do new hardware. No big deal. The instructions were the kitchen, living room and hallway were to be painted grey with white trim and the bathrooms and bedrooms were to be painted white. When the job was completed, the whole house was grey, which screws up the interior design. When I contacted them, their solutions were either I could have them fix it at a discounted fee, but still my cost or $500 off an almost $10,000 bill. This is completely unacceptable. So I paid $9,000 to have 5 rooms painted the wrong color. There are many other companies out there that have better business practices. Don't use this company.
