My husband and I cannot fully express our gratitude to Dr. Dove and the Home to Heaven staff. Our seven-year-old baby girl Whisper had an aggressive cancer. The weekend of November 19th – 20th, her health dwindled fast. Making the call to Home to Heaven was the hardest call we have ever had to make, but the right one.Dr. Dove was very kind when walking into our home. Greeting both of our dogs with love and compassion. Dr. Dove talked us through everything, and kept not only Whisper calm and at ease, but my husband and I as well. Dr. James helped my best friend cross the rainbow bridge this past weekend. It was perfect, just the way I know my Darby would have wanted it. Peaceful, calm, and caring. Also Dr. James is one of the most caring, empathetic human beings I've ever come in contact with. He talked us through the entire thing, all while keeping Darby at ease and comfortable. I swear he must have angel wings under his scrubs. Seriously a god send. I highly recommend them to help with one of the most difficult decisions we all have to make eventually as pet owners.

This was my first time losing a pet and oh wow is it one of the worst things :( I was lucky enough to have my dog for 13.5 years. He significantly declined in mobility and health very quickly. Making the decision to say goodbye is terrible. I called Home to Heaven and talked with Jackie - who was a genuine angel. I also ended up talking with Alicia - also an angel! They both had calm, steady voices, there was much empathy and no judgment, no rushing. Dr. James ending up coming to my home and immediately got on the floor with my and my sweet boy, Raj.
