I have been getting massages from Heidi for two years now. She is incredibly kind, caring, and truly listens to what your body needs, I came in with severely tight muscles that required heavy-duty work. She was extremely attentive and used the perfect amount of deep pressure to release the tension (always checking in while she was massaging). She also suggested adding red light therapy to enhance my recovery and help soothe the deep muscle tightness. I continue to go in to have Heidi work on my muscles. I feel completely renewed and deeply cared for after leaving my massage with Heidi.
