The team at Heart & Hand are truly amazing. I was facing living the rest of my life in chronic, extreme pain or start a life of continuous surgeries. After living in pain for 2 years, I started feeling pain free after 3 visits to Dr Ryan. He’s the real deal and really cares about his patients. Unlike any other chiropractor I’ve ever been to. He teaches his patients on how the spine works, how it impacts your body and life when your spine is not in alignment. I’m grateful the path led me to this wonderful place. I still have a long way to go, but I get to live pain free and that is something to be excited about 🙂

To be honest, I came because of watching people get cracked on facebook. I wanted to feel what it was like. I was not coming for the pain in my hip and knee those issues were completely separate. Something I had regrettable succumb to feeling for the rest of my life and undoubtedly was going to see get worse. After seeing areas of my spine in stage 3 degeneration at 34 yrs old I decided to take a leap and just do this thing. Within only 3 visits the pain in my hip and knee disappeared. I mean completely gone. A thing I thought I was doomed to suffer with the rest of my life, was just gone. I don't know what results you will get but what I can guarantee you is you will get them where you need them. Don't wait for the pain. Come and see this amazing group of humans.
