Amberlynb just did a great perm on my hair. The experience was quick and easy while taking the time to explain what she was doing. 10 out of 10 experience. She spent time helping me with my new style.
Went in with an appointment for both my kids, got checked in. Within 5 minutes they forgot my son needed a haircut too, not sure what checking them in did. We sat there for 30 minutes, 2 walk ins came in and were served before us. We walked out and won't be back. I'd stay away unless you want to wait for over an hour.
Update: My wife took my daughter back and the manager apologized and also comped her haircut. I am still confused at the check in/appointment situation but I appreciate the effort to correct the issue.
This was one of the oddest experiences I've ever had with a haircut. I can't give you a name to avoid because she never even introduced herself to me and maybe said 20 words to me the whole time.
The good: my hair looks good! The stylist did exactly as I asked and it turned out nice.
The bad: this was the most AGGRESSIVE hair cut I have ever had in my life? She sprayed me in the face twice during the shampoo, didn't really condition anything, and then slapped me across the face with my own wet hair at least 8 times during the cut.
