I registered online (highly recommended) and my wait time was shorter than their 14 minute estimate. They were short-staffed but the two stylists there were doing a good job. My stylist was a good listener, understood my instructions and delivered. Now, this said, I am a male with basic haircut needs. I suppose that the job is trickier when working on women’s hair. I appreciate value and Great Clips provides that.
