Ryan went above and above what I would have typically expected, and even though he was unable to assist with fixing my roller shutter garage door on this particular occasion, I found his suggestions to be incredibly helpful. He exemplifies GDF's commitment to providing excellent customer service.

You can only talk as you see fit, but we've had three crews out on three different occasions: one to replace a malfunctioning electronic part, one to service the garage door last week, and one to install it two years ago. We have always been informed of the arrival time, and the personnel have always been incredibly kind and accommodating. It hasn't been that difficult. When scheduling appointments over the phone, the office personnel has been helpful and kind. I have no qualms about recommending this business. I should also mention that the product fitted perfectly, and we were unable to switch back to a conventional garage door.
