I highly recommend Fix It Computer Repair. I brought in an older MacBook Air with battery/power issues. The owner, Ryan was honest, responsive, worked with me over the weekend, had a great turn-around time, and clearly communicated while working through the repairs. This is now my go-to spot for any future computer issues!
Ryan was great to work with and kept in good communication as far as progress and when things were going to be done. There was an issue with the original repair and he made it right by taking care of it in an expedient manner. I can highly recommend Ryan!
Ryan did a great job diagnosing and repairing my MacBook! He was responsive and professional: found the problem and offered options for repair, then fixed it at a reasonable cost and got it back to me promptly. I highly recommend him!
