Ryan is absolutely amazing! Had an issue with my Xbox and he got it diagnosed and fixed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and I look forward to working with him on all our electronic stuff for myself and my business!
Rayan is super nice and very knowledgeable about computers. I have an HP and I was having issues with loading websites. He ran diagnostics on my computer and then
instructed me on how to troubleshoot from my home because the problem was likely with my Wi-Fi. It was super easy to understand the steps that he gave me and he was able to explain it in a way that non-computer oriented people can get. If my computer has any other issues, I will be going to him as long as I live in Fort Collins.
I'm usually pretty decent at working on PC problems myself but ran into a couple of issues I needed support with and Ryan did a fantastic job and charged a fair rate. He was very responsive and was able to offer same day service, I would definitely recommend him.
