Amazing workouts, haven’t had a class that I haven’t liked! This studio and type of workout has me leaving class feeling the burn. The responsiveness and flexibility of the team on Instagram is appreciated and an example of excellent customer service. All staff has been friendly and truly tries to remember you as an individual and your name by giving shoutouts during class and greetings every time you walk into the studio!

I looked around for a while to find a studio that was inclusive for beginners but challenging enough to see results with consistent effort. After my first class, I became an huge Lagree fan! All of the instructors I’ve met have been extremely helpful with my form and modifications while I get back in shape. And the members are also very inclusive with newbies. I love this studio! I highly recommend!

Fit5 has been an amazing addition to my fitness routine! Every class is challenging, every instructor is lovely, and the results are what keep me coming back! I absolutely recommend giving it a chance!!
