Lovely people working here. Traveling and needed a vet asap but not really ER worthy. Got us in morning of call and took good care of my lil one. Would definitely revisit if in town again.
After trying and having bad experiences with several vets across town, I can confidently say I appreciate this clinic the most. They are the perfect size to make your experience feel personal, but still part of a established organization. I will be using this clinic as long as I am in the area! Friendly and helpful staff of course!
I have been taking my cats to Family and Friends for almost 3 years now, and it has always been a calm, productive, and supportive experience, even when my cat was sick or injured. The vets here are so kind, knowledgeable, and always want what is best for your pet. I am not the most financially stable, but Family and Friends is so affordable, and they always give quotes and never pressure you into anything. It’s so important for me to make my own decisions for my pet, and they have always supported me in doing so. They also always have availability, so I never have issues trying to schedule appointments or even take my cat in on short notice. I could not recommend these guys more highly!! Thank you to the vets and techs at Family and Friends for taking such good care of my babies :)
