Jon and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with on converting our construction loan to a permanent mortgage. We've bought a couple of homes over the years and refinanced, and our experience with Dynamic Mortgage Concepts far exceeded our expectations and those past experiences. We were actually satisfied with our past banking relationships, but what Jon brings that the big banks don't is the personal interaction. After doing one online application, the entire rest of the process was in person through direct email and phone calls with Jon and Kristen.
