Absolutely wonderful staff, always brightens my day to walk in and staff always remembers names and are polite. Equipment is great and the gym itself is clean and well maintained. Such a great environment!
This gym has such a good friendly environment. Myles checks me in and is seriously the nicest most helpful person I have ever met. I look forward to going to the gym just to see Myles everyday. the gym is always clean and the machines that are broken are fixed very quickly. The only con of this gym is the fact they only have one pecdeck machine. Myles is so knowledgable about the gym but also lifting and nutrition. I love talking to him about leading a healthy lifestyle.
A great place to workout. And, it's affordable. They have a complete spread of equipment and amenities for gym-goers of all levels. The professional trainers are helpful and qualified. I recently had an old shoulder injury flair up. I asked the manager to recommend a trainer to me; he recommended I speak with Zach. I've been working with Zach for several months now and am experiencing noticeable improvements.
