At the beginning of March 2022 ( last year), I had some issues with my old furnace that decided to stop working in the colder days of last Winter. I made a request for a repair through my Home Warranty and first, they did send me a contractor that were out of business ( I assume they didn't know at first). After waiting 1 full day for this contractor to get in touch with me and getting no response, I resolve to contact my Home Warranty again. At this time they perform another request for 3 more contractors, which 1 was only available in about 1 week, another one in 3 days and then Nick from Cool Ducts were possible available by the end of the day or the next day. After meeting and having Nick to fix my furnace, I can say he is very professional, very knowledgeable with his work, very responsible, very respectful, prompt, has a excellent sense of humor ( there isn't any problem that boring him , he is always happy, don't matter what 😁), very competitive prices, excellent service and more. Believe me, I could stay here all day long, describing Nick and his team professionalism and qualities. Please don't waste your time and do yourself a favor Call Nick from Cool Ducts for any HVAC problems and you will not be disappointed! For sure, in the future, I will contact him for maintenance/ repairs on the full set of machines that we end up to replace with him for my home after dealing with old furnace issues. The Cool Ducts crew is awesome! We use them for all of our HVAC needs. Nick always goes above and beyond for us. He takes his time and is very thorough. He explains everything that he is doing for repairs and makes recommendations to help your house run more energy efficient. When our furnace was having issues on a Sunday, he let us borrow space heaters until he could come back the next day with the needed parts. Highly recommend.
