I had a horrible experience with Angie. The final result was a disaster. The highliths turned out a very warm blonde with an orange hint instead of a neutral blonde. Also, my hair ended up very damaged. Now, I have to wait a few months until I can fix it. Although, I provided photos of the style and shade of blonde I wanted, it did not make a difference. It felt like an assembly line. One size fits all. When I complained to Bre, the salon manager, she was trying to convince me that everything is fine, beautiful and gorgeous. I thought that was really dishonest and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all.

Raised their prices 3 times in less than a year. Employees are unhelpful. They frequently cancel appointments and are not helpful about rescheduling. Another client stood and stared at me in the mirror while I always getting my hair styled and they considered my behavior inappropriate when I asked him - yes, him - to leave us alone. They probably raised their prices again while I was writing this.

Had a really great haircut from Columba! I provided pretty vague ideas of what I wanted and she did everything I wanted and more. Really nice ambiance, and fair prices too. I'll definitely return to Salon Salon.
