I love this clinic. It is locally owned and operated with prices to match. It doesn’t have the shine of a newly minted hedge fund owned vet clinic, and I love that! I don’t want to be charged twice as much for a fancy sitting room! The vets are kind and knowledgeable and I genuinely feel like they are considering the big picture when we talk about solutions. I’ve driven pets all the way from Boulder to go specifically to this practice because I feel like I won’t get gouged.
Great vet. They ask you to notify them when you arrive and wait with your animal in your car before coming in. It eliminates the potentially bad interactions between pets in the waiting room. The vet I’ve seen was knowledgeable and listened to my questions.
Chapelle Animal Hospital isn’t our regular vet, but in an emergency where our sweet kitty was hit by a car, they treated our situation with urgency and professionalism. Our baby boy did not make it and not only did they handle him with the utmost care, they even later mailed a condolences letter individually signed by each staff member.
