We recently bought a new home, only to discover that cat urine had soaked through the carpets and into the subfloors and drywall. Our initial plan was to have the carpets cleaned, but after speaking with Randie, the owner of Carpet Master, and explaining the extent of the damage, we realized that full carpet replacement was the only solution.
Even though we had to cancel the cleaning, Randie spent a generous amount of time walking us through the entire process of removing pet odors, explaining different carpet materials and brands, and even helping us figure out the best places to purchase new carpet.
