Great install experience with Brand Source. They showed up right at the start of the service window. The tech, Dakota, was courteous, conscientious, and professional. He used floor runners to protect my hardwood floors and swept up after he completed his work. The work included removal of the old double oven. He had to also trim the flashing around the new oven and ensured that it matched the rest of the cabinetry in the kitchen. Great attention to detail.
We were greeted on entry. Offered any assistance right away and were able to walk around look and get some suggestions then make our selection and paid a good price to bundle washer and dryer with new foam tempurpedic bed with pillows. Delivery was scheduled roughly two weeks out but came on time and did a good job. Was shown how to work each new product for the most part and appreciated that.
I had a lot of things to shop for: 2 beds, a refrigerator and washer/dryer. Found it all here, with a very helpful sales guy. Gave me a price break where he could, held order for delivery a few weeks later, and goods were delivered on time and set up well. Great place, service and follow through.
