I recently wrote a negative review about the service I received over a two year period. My review posted and about 20 minutes later I had an apology and guarantee service would be forthcoming. Later in the afternoon I had a call about how they were going to address my problem. The next day a crew arrived and the problem was solved by an excellent, polite crew! I have always been treated well by supervisors, but felt ignored by the service department. I hope customer service will continue to be improved. Kathy Leonard
