Jamie came out last minute, on Christmas Eve, diagnosed the stink in our attic in 5 minutes, then fixed our wall toilet in 2 minutes (which Allen plumbing told me would take a week and cost $1200). Actually he fixed the toilet in 30 seconds and then spent a minute and a half explaining to me how to do it myself if ever needed again. Seriously 10 stars.

I was totally impressed and pleased. They diagnosed my issue, which was not straight forward, quickly and accurately.
