I called Jim on a weekend with an emergency repair request. He was available, accommodating, upfront, flexible, and effective! He rehabilitated my OJ-soaked laptop with same-day service. While I certainly don't want to commit him to future weekend emergency requests, I greatly appreciated his willingness to help me (and my PC) out when my crisis absolutely did not need to be his concern!
