Jim was incredibly kind! I booted up my old laptop like normal and everything was missing like it had be reset. Most of my programs, all my documents and photos- just gone! I found A Through Z Computing online, saw they were open and just showed up at the address in a panic, only to find it's a house and not a store (oops). Jim was very understanding, heard me out, and took my laptop on the spot! He fixed my laptop like nothing happened and I couldn't be more grateful 💞

I called because my pc just quit this morning. I called Jim and he assured me that they would be able to diagnose it today. After a few hours the pc wasn't just diagnosed, he was able to fix it and all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend A through Z Computing. Wonderful business!
I called Jim on a weekend with an emergency repair request. He was available, accommodating, upfront, flexible, and effective! He rehabilitated my OJ-soaked laptop with same-day service. While I certainly don't want to commit him to future weekend emergency requests, I greatly appreciated his willingness to help me (and my PC) out when my crisis absolutely did not need to be his concern!
