Jim and his team did a phenomenal job! My gaming PC had stopped turning on, I dropped off my computer and had it back in no time at all! They worked very efficiently and remained in constant contact with us. Fair priced as well. They will be our go to in the future should we ever have any issues (hopefully we don't)! I have been using Jim at A Through Z Computing for several years. What I like most is that he can log onto my computer where ever I am located and resolve the problem quickly. A Through Z Computing is a valuable, trustworthy IT resource.
The best of the best, look no further. I was experiencing some unidentified problems with my gaming PC and called several places around the area. When I described my issue, these other places either didn’t work with gaming PCs or didn’t know what my problem could be. I was not having much luck. I called A through Z and not only were they able to offer a solution over the phone, but they were able to get my PC and diagnose the problem in the same day. I worked with Jaron and Jim and they offered excellent customer service. I will definitely be using them again for all my computer needs.
