Josh and his crew were such lifesavers for our family! They found an insane amounting rodent activity in a home we were closing on that our inspector totally missed. They took the time to take pictures and ensure that every space in the home was inspected and treated. With only two days until we needed to stay there for our first night they worked literally around the clock to make sure that the home was clean and safe for our family. Their work included a complete sanitation and removal of layers and layers of old insulation and installation of new blown in fiberglass. I have an Airbnb in Florissant and just could not get rid of the mice. I didn't want to spend money on having someone come out just to lay trap and bait which I knew would be temporary. A friend referred me to Josh and best decision I have made. Block all entryway points. No more Mice...Genius!!! Highly recommend using CMPC. Good price, fast service and most importantly, worth every dollar.
