Katriona has been my regular therapist for many years with good reason. She is simply the best! I have been to many massage studios up and down the front range and I can tell you that you won't find a nicer staff or better prices anywhere.

What a great surprise, scheduled a last minute massage, as we are from out of state, and truly enjoyed our appointment. Everyone was so nice and professional. Will definitely schedule another appointment when we visit that area again!!!

I had a myofascial massage there and it was the best ever! I’m use to getting massages in the past, but this one was extra special cause I hadn’t gotten one since my second baby (which she is 2 now) but I was so tight in a lot of muscles from postpartum still, that my masseuse Brandy helped stretch out some ligaments and educated me on stretching before my massage. I had been in so much pain from my lower back and hips from postpartum, and The massage and stretching was just what I needed to feel better and relaxed! Definitely going to keep coming back to help keep my body in tip top shape!!
