The first time I stopped in to Cost Cutters I was a walk-in for a quick trim before a trip. Jill listened to how I wanted it, a dry cut, and did it perfectly.Yesterday, Tuesday November 1st, she helped me restore my color and highlights that a stylist in Denver miscalculated, and turned my “low lights” to black. Jill gently lifted the unwanted color and restored my hair without damaging it. In addition to being a wonderful stylist, her gift is listening to her client’s opinions, eliminating fears of damage, and doing exactly what she said she was going to do. I have a new stylist. I was a walk-in and expected to wait since school was starting this week. There was no wait - Micky invited me in immediately. I showed her a picture of how short I wanted my haircut. She gave me one of the quickest BEST haircuts I've had in a long time. My husband and I travel full-time in our RV all over the country. Believe me when I say I've had some very bad haircuts. This was a great experience and I wish there was a Micky in every town where I need a haircut. She cut at least 2" off my hair - the cost was $24 plus tip. It only took 20 minutes. No waiting for those calling in, small wait for those setting appointments online. My hair was done well, if not a little long. My daughter's hair was done way off even though she had a picture. You just need to have the style strongly in mind when you go and continue to remind them.
