Earlier this year I let a tire shop do my oil change. When I went to do it myself, I found they had rounded off the drain plug head by massively over tightening it. After a lot of trying, I took it here to see if they could get it off. They did! And since I already had the new plug, oil, and filter, they didn't charge me. Will definitely bring my car back here first if there is an issue as thanks for this service.
Recently took my car in for a diagnostic. Really weird issue and to be honest they couldn't pinpoint the issue which is a bummer. They still went and above and beyond and even shuttled me home. Everyone was very respectful and courteous. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostic which I felt bad about because I don't work for free and neither should they. Regardless I had a great experience and I do recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of auto repairs. I'll certainly bring my vehicles back. Thank you Team at Christian Brothers Automotive!!!
