I would definitely recommend Kevin if you are needing service on your air conditioner or furnace. I will definitely be asking for Kevin the next time I need service! Everyone at Comfort Dental in Firestone is professionally personable and that in itself is Comforting. The doc/dentist even personally calls you at your home, after a procedure, to see how you’re doing.

Called to schedule an appointment and customer service was superb. Lindsey was kind, and welcoming. She stated she had an opening and if I was available to take my dog in same day. As I entered the business, was greeted with a warm smile. Lindsey was super supportive and explained how she would treat my dog. She was gentle and comforting with my dog and that made me feel relieved that my dog was in good hands. Great grooming. Definitely taking my dog from now on.
My two daughters and wife all got haircuts in under 40 mins and she did an excellent job. Very friendly too.

This is the first time I've had to call a locksmith. My Jerry rigging skills were not up to par for the shape of my truck's locks. He made quick work of it in this frigid weather, and got me and my dogs back on the road. Thank you So Much!

Jennifer guided me through federal and state tax situations that I had never encountered before (e.g., some complicated inherited money issues) and diligently worked through a small mountain of paperwork in an efficient and timely manner. She patiently answered all my questions, and I had quite a few of them. Highly recommend!
Took little longer then I'm use to but what nice personal. And Michael did an outstanding job on my nails, and the young lady that did my toes was super sweet, I had cut my toe on curb when I walked in and she was so kind cut the skin and cleaned and put a bandage on most places would of said oh well. But not her. So go prices are as good as all salons if not better. Please go and let them pamper you
Came in for a tire rotation on my wife’s car. I’m a regular customer and have always been treated well at Big O in general and this one in particular. Went to pay for rotation and told me no charge since they always see me in there getting my truck maintained and many sets of trailer tires. Small gesture made me feel appreciated and always glad to give them my business. Overall a great place to go.
Carbon Valley has taken care of all my cats and they are all great and very helpful. I am fostering 4 kittens and I couldn't have done it without Carbon Valley. Excellent customer service.

I drove 16 miles to avoid the firestone thats 1 mine away from my house because I had such a bad experience at that one. This firestone in firestone blew my socks off, they were awesome, extremely helpful, got the job done quickly, communicated every step of the way from confirming appointment to completion. You should probably have this store manager mentor your other store managers!
