I brought a vintage wedding dress to be cleaned and pressed so I can sell it. I asked the lady who was working on it to take a couple photos for me, but then forgot to have my daughter ask for them when she picked it up. Several weeks later when we went to post the dress I remembered about the photos, and when I called she still had them on her phone and sent them right away. They did a beautiful job on the dress, and went above and beyond with the level of customer service. I even saw them tactfully handle the ride man who was being rude so I let him go first to get rid of him, and she was friendly, efficient, and much more polite than he deserved!
