This is the best yoga studio where I have ever practiced! The owner is friendly and responsive, and the instructors are all excellent - knowledgeable, yet individual in their instructional styles. The facility is extremely clean with complete shower facilities available. Classes and instructors are designed for all levels - my favorite is hot yoga! The website is easy to use for reserving classes. So glad they are in the Evergreen community!

Took a 1hour 15 minute class here today. They call it hot yoga music. The teacher Heather was awesome she does the class with you to music and names each posture. It was an EXCELLENT experience and attitude adjustment for me. Loved ??? it. Thank you!
