Tess is an incredible massage therapist. If you have never tried Ashiatsu, it is a deep-tissue, barefoot massage technique where therapists use their feet to apply broad, consistent, and deep pressure while balancing with overhead bars. She has healed my body from the inside out. She gives the best massages I have ever had and always feel incredible after. Her spa-patio is amazing. It feels like you are in Thailand with the decor, zen feng shui. There is a hot tub, cold shower (plunge) and barrel sauna. I highly recommend going in a booking an appointment!

Went and experienced this beautiful spa today and left feeling so refreshed. I’ve never had a Thai massage and it was amazing. I let go and Tess took over and worked so much tension and stress out of my body. The sauna and hot tub after were such a treat. If she’s offering the Ukrainian banya, DO IT! I cannot wait to return to this peaceful sanctuary.
