I went to Sarah Evans for treatment after my doctor diagnosed a slight meniscus tear in my right knee. She modified my exercise routine in a way that both relieved the pain and made my legs much stronger. She is very thoughtful and is careful to increase the progression of exercise in a way that provides maximum benefit without aggravating the existing condition. I recommend her without reservation.

I would highly recommend Sarah Evans to anyone in the Evergreen area seeking physical therapy. She provides thoughtful and professional care, through the use of deep tissue work and stretches/exercises. She helped manage my pain and gave me the tools necessary to help facilitate my recovery at home. Her caring and personable demeanor made going to PT enjoyable.
