I have only had them miss my recycling once. They came back to pick it up the next day. I spaced and forgot to put out the trash on time this morning. I know I saw that I missed them, but I left it out anyways, just in case. They came back a couple hours later and picked it up.After having Ram, and paying full price for garbage and recycling that they frequently would miss, and would dismiss with "We'll pick it up next week. Don't worry, we won't charge you for any overflow!" - it is nice to finally have a contract with a company that cares and values their customers.

We had an issue when Bunting changed over to their new portal recently; however, a short conversation with Monica at Bunting and the problem was resolved and the late fee was dismissed.

I've used Bunting Disposal, Inc. while renting for the past year, and they've always provided great, reliable service. Now that I've moved into my own home, I looked to them to setup service at my new residence. Not only are they much more affordable than I was expecting based on the service they provide, but the actual process to get setup was super easy without any extra fees. I definitely recommend this company.
