Roo Jumps was easy to schedule and organized regarding email communication for the agreement and liability waivers. Showed up early and set up quickly. Bounce castle is clean and well maintained. They quickly took down and skedaddled. The owner is particularly friendly and a really good person. I suspect a change in management since the previous rating 2 years ago. Will definitely use Roo Jumps again.

I am very satisfied with my rigs freshly cleaned interior. It looks cleaner than when I first bought it. Communication was instantaneous and professional. The convenience of not having to take my rig anywhere is the best part. Will have to schedule my other rig in the near future. Definitely recommend Arrowhead.
