Briggs and team did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and area rug. We purchased an area rug at a garage sale and it had stains all of the way through. We didn’t have much hope for the rug getting cleaned, but Heather and team would not relent and they returned us a spotless rug. Could not recommend enough.
Jeff and his team handled a complicated restoration and made it look easy. There's a lot more to water damage than drying and fans. Having a guide is so valuable. Jeff took the time to explain what needed to happen, even if he wasn't the one doing that step.
