This is long overdue, should have posted it a year ago because it"s well deserved, I tore my ACL descending Longs Peak in 2022, got x-rays and had surgery scheduled but the week before the surgery decided to have a consultation with a young guy named Rob that I met randomly the year before and who had just opened Alpinestrong, I remember thinking that if I ever needed PT I would see that guy because of his enthusiasm for the outdoors and wanting help people physically to enjoy it. I wish I could give Dr. Alisyn Hummelberg 10 stars. Coming to Estes Park for the summer after a knee replacement on the east coast, I was having trouble with my recovery. I am extremely grateful someone recommended Ali! Not only has she been an athlete all her life, she is very well trained, passionate and caring about each client’s healing journey, and most of all, she is just pure joy to work with. Rob provided an excellent evaluation of a traumatic physical injury to my spine and foot from an accident in the mountains. He gave me confidence to continue working on healing and a set of exercises that targeted the issues I am dealing with. I have seen a marked improvement since starting this routine.He took time to evaluate the X-rays I sent over and walk through them with me. I will definitely go back to him if I have any more setbacks in my healing process.
