Although I already had two other reasonable bids, I committed to Baker after their estimator Nick had the entire basement plan laid out on his computer within the first hour of his visit for us to discuss and tweak. They use technology wisely to bid, manage and communicate. They gave me portal access to see daily progress, with current pictures, schedule and scope. Their project manager was on site at least once a day, and sometimes for the entire day, managing subs, coordinating the materials and schedule, and communicating with us on choices. When issues surfaced, like a quality problem with their bathroom tile sub, they were quick to rectify it to our satisfaction, and at their expense. They finished the project slightly ahead of the original schedule. Most importantly, they put our satisfaction ahead of all else, and we are delighted with the results.“
