Came in Friday afternoon to request assistance with a punctured tire. Service was friendly and efficient, they were able to assist me immediately and I was on my way within an hour. I will return for my next tire service needs.

Great experience with Les Schwab and specifically the manager Kyle. After getting new tires I ran into some issues with battery, they troubleshooted my car multiple times. Always squeezing me in and working quickly to solve the issue. I have never been to any type of car shop that is so accommodating.

I’ve been to this Les Schwab several times now—for oil changes, new tires, and most recently a battery—and every visit has been great. Kyle, the manager, is polite and helpful. When my call didn’t connect, he immediately called me back, and when my check engine light came on after the battery replacement, he looked into it right away and got it resolved. I always feel comfortable coming here, and their service has truly lived up to Les Schwab’s “Doing it right…” promise. Highly recommend.

Did not have the tires I need for my Dodge ram dually. It would take 2-3 d before they could get them. I went to another shop who said they had my tires in. Clean. Personnel were pleasant.

I will never be bringing my vehicle back to this place. Michael was one of the rudest sales representatives I’ve ever come across. Not only was he rude to me, but to several other customers in the building. It was clear that he hated his job, his life and he’d be happy to take that out on anyone who entered the building. My advice would be find some other place to take your vehicle!!

Trust is hard to earn when you are getting work done on your car. It's never clear what is true about your vehicle or industry standards - I knew I needed one tire replaced, but I was not aware I needed to have all tires replaced, which they told me after a quick review. *It would be a good idea to provide the facts along with news like this for customers when sharing a price increase* Once I was told it would be $2k for 4 and not $300 for one tire like I had planned, I left to consider my options and research online. I was able to corroborate much of what they said and when I returned a different employee helped me an was much more thorough, actually showing me the tire options and why the 2k option was the best.
End of the day, the information was correct, the right work was done and they pointing me in the direction of a rebate too. It would be a lot easier and faster if visuals or walkthroughs were provide to prove / show why or what needed to be done ahead of or at least with a price increase though - this would help reduce the feeling of deception and distrustful salesmanship.
