Happened in here bc I had a tire very slowly, but consistently, losing air. I expected to need to make an appointment for the next day, but if I was willing to wait they were happy to help me out. Super nice guys and at the end I found out they don't charge for flats, that was just icing on the cake. Eventually I'll need tires and I'll definitely be checking them out.

Jerome the store manager is a really nice guy with outstanding customer service. I had a tire leaking and he not only tried to fix the leak but once he told me my tire was unviable for travel he found me a replacement so that i could be on my way. I wanted to tip him and he said he wouldn’t even accept it. The whole experience was just surprisingly smooth and great. I’m coming here from now on for my wheel and tire needs. Jerome, thank you bud. Made my day.

I was leaving town Friday for camping and noticed I had low air. I stopped by Les Schwab and sure enough I had a nail and it needed repair. Frank told me it would be about 90 mins and I was due to meet my group in 45 mins. I grabbed something to eat while waiting and 20 mins later he had my car fixed. He said "We don't want to keep you from camping." This is what customer service and a business with a strong culture of doing what is right. Thank you again to Frank. I had a great camping trip.
