I highly recommend Fine Tuned Auto. I was able to make an appointment and my car was assessed in a timely fashion. Their initial evaluation, which was given in writing and supported by a video done by the mechanic, clearly explained the issue and the steps that were needed to resolve the problem. They then fixed it and provided more written documentation of their work. All done with professionalism at a reasonable price. They have won me over as a customer.
