I left a voicemail THIS MORNING for Eleven Eleven about an issue I was having with the outlet for my fridge, Josiah called me back promptly. He had an opening, so he said he could come right over. 20 minutes later he was at my doorstep. 10 minutes after that, my problem was resolved.
I'm still a bit in shock - not literally, though, so that's good - at how quickly, professionally, and fairly my issues were addressed.

I had an unexpected power outage at my house in the evening and I couldn't chase it down to a breaker. I sent Eleven Eleven an email at 10pm and Josiah answered by 5 AM the following morning! I called him at 6:15 and, before coming out he diagnosed my problem, a tripped GFI (Duh but we just moved into the house). Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I will be calling Eleven Eleven when I have a real electrical job to do.
