Around the Clog, LLC provides honest plumbing work at a fair price. Doug has helped out multiple times with tough plumbing issues, always quick to respond and able to figure out the problem quickly with no upselling. The service is excellent. Doug scheduled a visit for the next day, showed up on time, was polite and efficient, and the cost was very fair. Doug came out same day on a Saturday, just a couple of hours after a call for a drain blockage, and worked quickly to solve the issue. Doug is awesome and has helped numerous times with toilets and a water heater, going over and above with first class work. Over the years, Doug has done a LOT of plumbing work, thinking outside the box with muscle power to cut old pipes out. The team shows up on time, completes the work, cleans up, and never tries to upsell. Doug has integrity and stands behind his work. The team truly went above and beyond to provide the best overall service, bending over backwards to make a closing happen.
Doug knows plumbing. He diagnosed the issue (failed reducer valve) within 5 minutes. He knew where to get the part quickly and had the fix in place correctly and quickly. Around the Clog is a bargain for that level of service (on time and prepared) and that level of expertise.
Doug was great. He was able to give me a quote over the phone without a service charge, showed up at a specific time he told me, not an all day range, he fixed the leaky shower quickly and charged me good rate. Amazing plumbing experience!
Doug from Around the Clog has helped us out multiple times with tough plumbing issues -- always quick to respond and able to figure out the problem quickly . . . and NO upselling to make the job more expensive! Highly recommend for honest work at a fair price!
