I had such a great experience here! Ivy did my nails and matched my inspo pictures perfectly. I really appreciated that she didn’t build the acrylic too thick, which can sometimes happen elsewhere, and she checked in with me at every step to make sure I was fully happy with the shape, design, and finish. The polka dot detail came out exactly how I envisioned it!
The only thing I’d like to see improved is more price transparency—I often feel like the total ends up being higher than the base price listed. It was Sunday at 4:30 (they close at 5) I called to see if they would take me in for a pedicure and without hesitation they said yes. From the moment I walked I felt so welcome, Hannah was the nail technician who helped me and did the best job I’ve gotten in a long time! She was so sweet and friendly and clean and thorough and then offered me a manicure during my pedicure so I got both at the same time and they didn’t rush me or rush the job at all. On the contrary, they gave me the freedom to wait as long as I needed until my nails dried and I appreciated it so much! Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!
