The installers did a terrible job!! I had to call them back five times to repair their bad work. They damaged the cabinets with their sloppy installation. They promised to replace them and nothing to this day, seven months later. IKEA kitchens are great, but the installation service is incredibly frustrating.

The designer we worked with was fantastic. questions the Ikea employees could not answer were easy for her. had a good idea what we wanted and Traemand worked with us and also made sure we had what we needed. The install went well because of their help. You get what you get for the IKEA cost but the value we got from Traemand was incredible.We did a while kitchen, with wood counters so we didn't have to wait and they also did two fridge cabinets. We could not be happier and I have to shout out Allison Alexander as the design consultant with Traemand. Looking forward to using them again for a large cabinet storage solution in our dining room.Can we add photos? :)

We used Traemand service for our kitchen project. The whole experience from scheduling to cabinet installation was excellent. Shannon was very helpful, with the appointments. Clayton did a wonderful job with cabinet installation. I highly recommend Traemand service to everyone doing Ikea kitchen.These people will do everything possible to meet and exceed your expectation. They are real asset to the company .
