I was hooked after the first class!! I love the mix of heat and humidity as a detox, and to help warm the muscles! The amount of classes during the day helps too, whether you like to start or end your day with this practice! Highly recommend!!

I've been meaning to try this studio, especially since it's just so close to my family. I've been doing hot yoga for about two years, and this was definitely a new experience for me. I'll start with the good: Bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. I loved having mints on the way to the studio. I also noticed a water bottle filling station. As for the class itself, I think it's really important to point out a few things:-Your back is turned to the instructor, not towards. I was advised by my instructor to look to my neighbor, since each class is the same flow. I've never experienced this before. -Yeah, it's hot.
