Been coming to Sumits DTC for years and really enjoy the atmosphere here. I attend a few times per week and every class feels intentionally setup to help from beginners to advanced. Their amazing teachers have tons of experience and truly care about putting us in the best mindset throughout class. Couldn't recommend them more!

I discovered Sumits hot yoga by accident, when I lived in Colorado Springs I was staying in the Denver metro area for work I was looking for a hot yoga studio and tried Sumits due to its proximity to my hotel and it was an amazing experience so amazing that months later when I moved to Parker I became a regular there and have been for the past 3 years.

Everything about Sumits is top notch from its classes, the facility, literally every instructor and the community that has been cultivated is fantastic. I would consider myself a fitness enthusiast I lift weights, do crossfit and I have done many Spartan races and tough mudders and hot yoga has been transformative...read full review

I came to this studio years ago and loved it. I had to take a few year hiatus due to me, moving away from the DTC area and further north. I brought my mother-in-law this past Saturday, and I forgot how much I truly loved and miss this class! Laura is amazing and always has had amazing classes...the playlists, the vibes...*chef's kiss!* Also scored me points with the MIL because she absolutely loved it!
Just wish there was one closer to me, up north
