I had to get my carpets cleaned and I had received an advertisement in the mail with a coupon. I spoke to a very friendly representative that booked my appointment with ease around my schedule. The representative that came showed up even earlier than scheduled. He was friendly and kind and personable and represented the company. proud. More people in customer service should have the disposition that Jeremy Olson had. I would use this company again and again thank you so much.
Jeremy was our tech and did an amazing job. He was professional, quick, and extremely thorough! I have an open house on this property and the carpet was filthy...he left it looking new! I couldn't be more pleased!!!

I was very happy with the results from having Steam Pro come to our house. We had carpet, area rugs, and furniture cleaned and it was a very good service. The appointment was right on schedule and I got the sense that our technician was highly motivated to provide a good service.
From a pricing perspective, it wasn't inexpensive...but we're fortunate to have a large home and it required a good amount of attention. We have an elderly dog, and special attention was paid to areas where he has had some accidents.
I'm a satisfied customer.
